Installation Service

Installation and Assembly

Most of the furniture we supply is flat packed and requires assembly and installation.

We offer assembly and installation service for a number of products in selected geographic areas.

Our professional installers will assemble and install your furniture to perfection aiming to cause minimum discomfort. Your home will be left clean and tidy, as we appreciate we are only temporary visitors there.

If you wish to take advantage of this additional service please let us know in advance. Installation will be carried out by 2 of our personnel. If you live in a controlled parking zone please have a guest parking permit ready for the driver.

Areas Covered

Installation and assembly service can only be offered in the following cities/towns and surrounding areas: Edinburgh and the Lothians.

Kitchen Installation Service

We are able to offer full installation and assembly service for £200 per 8 unit kitchen set with a charge of £30 for each other additional unit assembled and installed ( with exeption of the corner base unit which is £45 ).

Sink plumbing in service is also available at £80 plus cost of parts required. This price is applicable only when the new sink is to be plumbed in the same/close by position as the old one was.

This price is quoted on the bases of us installing the kitchen on already prepared surface with old kitchen taken out and necessary decorating/electrical/gas work completed.

If you wish to take advantage of this additional service please let us know in advance. Installation price includes full assembly of the supplied units only and will be carried out by 2 of our personnel.

Bedroom Furniture Assembly Service

We are able to offer installation service for a full bedroom suite package at £165 - £190 depending on the number/size of elements involved.

If you purchase a number of units individually we may also offer installation service for the whole order. Price will be quoted on application.

This price is quoted on the bases of us carrying out assembly on an already prepared surface with old furniture taken out and necessary decorating work completed.

Living-Dining Room/Children’s Room Furniture Assembly Service

We are able to offer installation service for a full package at £140 - £180 depending on the number/size of elements involved.

If you purchase a number of units individually we may also offer installation service for the whole order. Price will be quoted on application.

This price is quoted on the bases of us carrying out assembly on an already prepared surface with old furniture taken out and necessary decorating work completed.

Terms and Conditions of Installation and Assembly Service

If we have agreed with you to arrange for the goods to be fitted, the following applies:

you agree:
1. to make sure that the fitter has access to the site at reasonable times (between 8.30am and 6.30pm on weekdays) or otherwise as agreed by you and us;
2. make sure that any re-routing or installation of plumbing (including water, radiators, drainage, gas, sewage and the like), or electrics, removal of existing furniture and carpets have been carried out to a good workman-like standard prior to the fitting date;
3. to provide reasonable access to the room to be fitted (ladder access is not acceptable) to clear the room to provide sufficient working space for the fitter, and co-operate in reducing health and safety risks to an acceptable level.
4. to provide the driver with the guest parking permit if you live in a controlled parking zone or alternatively make necessary payment for time vehicle is parked.
You confirm that you have told us of any particular features which you know about the site or its construction which may make the installation more difficult than we might reasonably expect. In particular, you acknowledge that you have checked the walls are sound.
Unless we have specifically mentioned otherwise, VAT has been included
